"Service was hit or miss, and the terms kept changing"
Our visit was kind of a mixed bag. A few staff members were really nice and helpful, but others seemed rushed and like they just wanted to move us along. What bothered me more was that the terms seemed to change depending on who we talked to, which was frustrating and made the whole experience feel a bit disorganized.

"Relaxing soak, but busy"
I had a nice time soaking in the hot springs, and the mountain views were really pretty. It did get crowded quicker than I expected though, and the locker room could’ve been cleaner. The staff was fine, not super friendly but not rude either. For what it cost, I just expected it to feel a little more taken care of

"Not exactly the “well-maintained” getaway I had in mind"
I really wanted to like this place, but the room just didn’t feel clean and the bathroom had visible grime, which is always a lovely little surprise. A few things looked either broken or way past their prime, so overall it gave off a neglected vibe. For what they’re charging, I expected a bit more care and upkeep. I wouldn’t stay here again unless they put some real effort into maintenance.

"Honestly , it felt like a pretty..."
Honestly , it felt like a fair deal for what we paid . The room was fine , nothing fancy , but comfortable enough . The hot springs were definitely the best part and made the stay feel really relaxing . The food was a little on the expensive side , but overall I still felt like it was worth the money . I’d probably go back again .

"I really wanted to like this place..."
I really wanted to like this place, but the room felt tired, old, and just not as clean as it should’ve been. The bed was rough enough to make sleeping feel like a battle, and the walls were so thin I could hear way too much from next door. For the price, I expected something much better, this definitely wasn’t the relaxing stay I had in mind.
